The Role - Director of Growth

The Director of Growth will work with our Chief Business Officer to help drive company-wide growth. You will also collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to achieve growth goals.  Our ideal candidate will have deep experience in growth, either with consumer internet or gaming companies.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the company's audience growth strategy

  • Drive company-wide growth experiments at every stage of the customer journey, from discovery through to in-game retention. 

  • Drive Acquisition and manager performance through paid and organic channels

  • Perform cohort analyses to measure activation, engagement, retention, conversion, CPA, LTV, and churn

  • A/B testing to provide insights to product and marketing teams to optimize activation, engagement retention and conversion

  • Develop dashboards and reporting for channel performance and KPIs

  • Contribute ideas to overall company strategy and product roadmap

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Deep experience with growth roles in consumer internet or gaming companies

  • Ability to work closely with product development teams to iterate on growth and engagement loops

  • Experience with customer acquisitions channels, including paid (SEM, Social Ads, Retargeting) and organic (SEO, Content, Partnerships) 

  • Experience running A/B tests results to make informed product and marketing decisions

  • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Branch Metrics)

  • 4+ years of experience in a growth role at B2C or SaaS startup
